This beautiful photo of peaceful still waters of the Willamette River was taken in early October 2011.
It was taken on one of my many adventures out.
It was a drizzly day.
But yet hauntingly beautiful and peaceful.
Thankful for each days gifts.
The still peace of the still waters.
Shadowed with the beauty of early Fall;
Crisp cool day filled with colors of the Fall day.
And the love of friendship.
Looking forward to some new adventures and pictures to share in the near future.
It is fun going back through the photos of this past year and sharing those that seemed to been over looked.

stunning picture, and yes, sometimes I have. I also see things by surprise in some of my photos, after I've shot something else... those are often great treasures!
