Festival of Lights

An evening out in the chilly cold air enjoying the festival of lights at the Grotto in Portland, Oregon. One of many events through out the city celebrating the Christmas season. This one is one of my very favorites as you walk in the gates the story of Our Saviors birth is told through lights and song. So many activities to enjoy through the evening. Choral concerts, Carolers, Puppet shows, Living history outdoor drama, light displays, Christmas tress of hope (prayers), Petting zoo, Nativity sets from around the world, Festival food, as well as some holiday shopping.                  www.thegrotto.org
