This picture was taken last Spring in April when I was in sunny California visiting my grandchildren. This picture was taken outside of Sutter's Fort in Sacramento.
What a grand time it was for all of us.
It was a very long full day.
I have pictures of the kids turning butter. I will have to share those.
Sutter's Fort is rich in history. I have posted two links below. But if you google you will find so much more.
This would make a great history lesson for all of you home schoolers out there.
Great for a paper or if you live in the area a outing to the Fort.
If you like to travel and are going to be in the area it is worth the stop.
