    Don't know the name of the plant Bethe
    but I have often seen it in bouquets.

    They could be Prairie Goldenrod, and they are blooming July - Sept. Google is my fave site to check these things out...also known as Solidago-missouriensis and the asteracesae family! They sure are beautiful!
