The eagles nest was found out on Sauvies Island in the wildlife refuge.
It is amazing the size of the nest!
I have seen them before along the freeway in the Gorge.
But have never been able to get this close to get a photo.
So was very excited to get this one out in the wildlife refuge.
I so wish we would have seen an eagle, maybe next time.

ReplyDeleteThis is amazing!!! I thought the hawk's nest around here are huge...that is gigormous. Would have been great if you could have caught a baby peeping his head out.
