Ember; noun: A small piece of burning or glowing coal or wood in a dying fire.

Tentative; adjective: Not certain or fixed; provisional.


A promise to one
A heart longing for another
A breach of a promise
An ember burning
A fire inside longing
Tentative thought
As longing and desire burn
A promise made breach
As the ember burns for another
Hearts broken
Tentative thought
As one is lost
In a triangle of love
