January 22~ Good morning! Just want to stay snuggly warm in my bed. Sometimes I'm so cozy and warm it's hard to get up. But have more adventures awaiting me in this wet stormy day. 

1. Morning coffee with Dottie Lucas Humpherys as we slowly get our day started. Loved having you here. 

2. My rain boots. 

3. Laughter 

4. Finding a few things to make brunch for Dottie and I. Not bad. 

5. Getting the oil changed in the car. Always a plus. 

6. Old scenic highway to view the Falls on the way to the The Dalles. 

7. Umbrella 

8. Thankful for the watchful eye of the Lord and the angels encamped about us today as we traveled down the Gorge in the storm. 

9. Arriving safely in the The Dalles. 

10. Being able to spend the night at my sister's home, so I don't have to drive at night in the storm to go home. 

Lord thank you for this day and your provisions and your hand upon us guiding and protecting us today as we traveled on the roadways. Thankful for family and friends that you have blessed me with. Thank you! Blessings

January 23~ Good morning! Waking up at sisters home in the The Dalles, after a stormy trip yesterday to take Dottie Lucas Humpherys, back to finish up her visit with family and friends. It was an interesting drive down yesterday. Thankful for family to stay with. Love my family so very much. Grateful they put me up last night so I didn't have to drive back in the dark and the stormy weather. 

1. A balmy day and very windy....... better than a horrible stormy wet rainy drive home so very thankful. 

2. Morning coffee and a quick chat with family before they headed out the door to work. 

3. Meeting up with Dottie before I left to go home. Have enjoyed our time together. 

4. Coffee with Dottie at Shari's Restaurant.

 5. The sunshine 

6. Talking to Jeff about my car where the car wash tore the skirt on my car. Praying it will be easily fixed. Thank you for your time today! 

7. Getting caught up on my blog. 

8. My yummy soup for dinner. 

9. Getting in touch with a beautiful young lady, that I knew many years ago when she was an infant and toddler. That I look forward to getting to know. 

10. Getting some business calls out of the way today. 

11. Talking to my mom. 

12. Water

January 24~ Good morning! Early morning rise for smiles of beauty today. So grateful I still have a few ladies to create smiles of beauty for. 

1. Loving my coffee and power drink this morning. 

2. My good morning text from my daughter Amber Webber. I had been missing them. So nice to wake to good morning I love you mom have an amazing day. The best! 

3. The drive to Oregon City. Loved the beauty created by the fog and day break. 

4. Getting some business taken care of for preparing for tax season. 

5. A gift card for Kohl's from David. Thank you! 

6. Putting my feet up and resting this afternoon with my new snuggle buddy my sister Rosie gave me. 

7. The last of my soup for lunch. It warmed me from the inside out. 

8. Talking to #2 grandson Shawn Harris. Loved hearing his voice say hi grandma love you. And just sharing with me. I love you honey! 

9. A fun snap from my daughter Webber Heather. She decided one of the filters I was playing with made her sister Amber and I look very much alike. Silly.....I think my girls look like me already without filters. 

10. Warm blankets to curl up with to stay warm as I relax and watch some TV.

January 25~ Good morning! It's Friday! WOW! This week flew by. Guess when your having fun time passes by. Now here we are ready to slide right into the weekend. As this day gets started I'm thankful for sleeping in today. 

1. My morning coffee...waiting to find that app that delivers to me in bed. LOL 

2. My "Hey Google" I like that machine a lot. It probably does more than I realize. Im sure I'm not using to its full potential. 

3. Talking to mom today. Always like hearing her voice and I love you. 

4. Thank you Jeff for fixing the skirt on my car. 

5. A walk from Jeff's house over to Cindy's house. Love that cool fresh air. 

6. Going for a walk with Cindy and the four legged fur babies today. Enjoyed that very much. 

7. Seeing a bald eagle flying over our heads. Sad I missed that photo op. But I truly enjoyed watching him soar above use. Awesome! One of the wonderful things about living here in the PNW near the river. 

8. Listening to the many flocks of ducks flying over head today. 

9. Crazy but true....I'm thankful for TP. 

10. Being asked out on a dinner date this evening. Had a nice time. Feels weird going out on a date. 

11. The comforts of my home. 

Thank you Lord for the many opportunities and blessing of this day. Meeting all of my many needs and the provisions to meet them. Thank you for my family and friends. Blessings

January 26~ Good morning! I was awoken to the phone ringing this morning. The most beautiful and precious sound of my youngest daughter Racheal Perry voice on the other. What a wonderful way to wake up. And hearing her say I love you mom! A perfect start to my Saturday and the weekend. 

1. Hearing my youngest daughter's voice this morning. Nothing like hearing your children's voices no matter what age they are. It fills your heart to overflowing. I love you honey! 

2. My mom calling this morning. She makes me laugh. I love her so much. Blessed to still have her. I love you mom! 

3. Having warm clothes and the ability to layer them. 

4. Morning coffee with David. Thank you! 

5. My new door was brought by today. Now I wait for the install. It is beautiful! Thankful for the door. 

6. Watching MeTV and the old spaghetti western shows. 

7. Getting caught up on my adventures and having them all posted to enjoy. Thank you to all of you who enjoy them so much. 

8. Light bulbs and the light they reflect. Just as the light of Jesus lights us and the world. 

9. Reading my memories and looking at the photos of days gone by. Weaving a beautiful life story called mine. Thank you each and everyone of you for being apart of my life story and making it all the more richer because you came into my life. 

10. Broom and dustpan to sweep and clean inside and outside. It is the little things in life that bless us and add to the richness of life. 

So grateful for each and everyone of them and my everyday convinces that make life easier. Thank you Lord for this day that has been filled with love, my heart is full and smiling. Thank you Blessings

January 27~ Good Morning! Can you believe it.....last Sunday of month. It is also my friend Crystal N Koch birthday today. Happy birthday my dear friend. So blessed to have you my life. 

1. Snuggly warmth under warm blankets.

4. My electric fireplace 

5. Brunch with Cindy 

6. Getting my camera fixed on my phone.

January 28~ Good morning! Monday, Monday! In fact the last Monday and week of January. Where is all the time going!?! Like mom always said the older you get the faster time slips by. Boy was she ever right. It can slow down a little please! My quest today is to stay warm and enjoy this day. 

1. My bottled water 

2. Good morning snap. Which brought a early morning smile. 

3. Early morning call from mom asking for help. Not that I was much help. But the thought that she thought I could, brought a huge smile to my face. And of course hearing her voice and I love you the best. 

4. My slippers 

5. Laughing at my attempt at cream of chicken soup. Thankful I gave it a try....but to much salt! So down the garbage disposal it will go. Thankfully I have a garbage disposal. 

6. Listening to the winds whistling through. 

7. The music of the windchimes. 

8. A lazy couch day under the warm blankets, watching TV. 

9. A no makeup/hair day. 

10. Making an appointment with Jeff to get my back brakes done. 

Thank you Lord for this day of rest. Thank you for meeting my needs and that I have no lack. Thank you for the comforts of my home and the provisions I have, which are many. Blessings

January 29~ Good morning! New day of adventures in the last week of January. But first things first coffee and morning prayers. 
1. Good morning text from Amber Webber. I love receiving these morning text from my beautiful daughter and knowing she is thinking of me. 
2.My curling iron and hairspray to hold my hair in these winds. 
3. My power drink along with coffee and water. 
4. Almond butter 
5. Getting my teeth cleaned and the insurance that is helping with the cost. Sweet! Teeth feel so good after cleaning. 
6. Walk to mailbox and back. Short as it was it was good to walk. 
7. The blanket that brings comfort to me at dentist office.
 8.Earphones 
9. Being asked out on a date this evening. Very pleasant evening. 
10. My cute boots. 
11. My ink pen 
12. Being told I'm very pretty.

January 30~ Good morning! Mid week adventures. Errands to run today. Getting my mojo going. 
1. Morning text from my daughter Amber Webber. Which brings morning smiles.

3. Not so windy today. So thankful. 
4. Another sunshine blue sky. 
5. The beautiful view of Mt. Hood. So gorgeous! 
6. Wonderful friends that call and check on you. Thank you Kellie Suetta Amaru. Love you! 
7. Getting some dusting done. Looks so nice. 
8. Tea with Cindy. Thank you! 
9. The helpful tech at AT&T. 
10. Talking to mom and telling her I love her. So thankful to still have her. I love you mom. 
Thank you Lord for another day filled with many blessings to be so grateful for big and small; those mentioned and so many more never mentioned. So many things we take for granted. Thankful for the warmth of my home tonight. Blessings

January 31~ Good morning! Last day of the first full month of 2019! Where did it run off too? And the first chapter of this year is closing as we slide into February. But before we say hello there we must celebrate the last day of this month. This is a special day in our family. It's my mom's birthday. And I want to wish her an amazing day filled with many blessings and lots of love. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!! I love you! So I already have so much to be thankful for already. Just having this beautiful lady in our lives is something I'm thankful for each and everyday of my life. 

1. Early morning rise for smiles of beauty. 

2. Being able to call mom and sing her my corny happy birthday to her and tell her I love her. The best is hearing voice say I love you back. 

3. My early morning text from Amber Webber saying she loves me and to have a great day. How could I not! I love you honey. 

4. The sunlight breaking through the trees glistening on the frost like diamonds. 

5. The birds dancing and playing in my side yard. 

6. The beautiful views of Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens today. Gorgeous! 

7. A wonderful phone call fromCrystal N Koch letting me know they are surviving the bitter cold back in N. Carolina. So enjoyed chatting and laughing with you across the miles. I love you! 

8. So very thankful for phone lines and communication. 

9. Healthy food choices. Today I really wanted something sweet but chose my sugar snap beans instead.

12. God's perfect peace in the middle of this crazy life I have. 

Thank you Lord for this day to celebrate my mom and so much more. Thank you for the gift I have in her and my family, as well as my friends. Thank you for meeting my needs and every provision. Thank you for this warm welcoming home that I have to live in. Truly blessed beyond measure. Blessings
