Dandelion
Love
My first flower as a child and the first flower I receive as
mom and grandma. What can be better than a dandelion in
the first signs of Spring falling right into Summer. This little
weed/ flower holds the most powerful memories of love
given to my mom and to me. I love them! ♥ I don't see them
as weeds at all. But a bright shiny smile of a innocence face
of trust, love, joy, laughter, and a life full of hope.
Mommy Mommy
Look
I picked you a flower!
Oh honey that is so beautiful!
Let me get in a vase
I will place it on the counter
Where I can enjoy it all day long
Whenever I look at the dandelion
I see your bright and shiny face
Handing me your first big treasure
For me to hold and keep
Safely it has been tucked away
In my heart
Held with precious memories
Never to be lost
Just like the day I first held
You so tightly in my arms.
This shiny face of hope
A shining beam of light
A life of innocence's
With hopes and dreams
The trust of love
Of a life not yet scared
Full of love
Laughter
Joy
And trust
I will hold each
Dandelion treasure
As the gold
Of my future
As I handed my first one
To my mom
You handed
Me yours
Then your precious little one came
I never knew such joy or love
Then
The dandelion treasure
I remembered
Held tightly as gold
For the future
She lifted her little hands
Here grandma
I have a found
A perfect flower for you
Tears of the treasured
Memories tucked tightly in my heart
Came rushing back
As I once gave
My treasure to my mom
As you once gave yours to me
This circle of love and live
Have given me
The most precious memories
As I turned
To pull out
My most treasured
Dandelion vase
To set upon my counter
As My Spring has turned into Summer
I now see my
Winters
With the pressed dandelion
Of love full
Of golden treasure
The dandelion
Treasure of love
held tightly
In my heart
Never to be stolen
Or forgotten
My golden treasure
Of love
~Beth~

Ankle March 5, 2013 |
Below are two fundraiser links to help with medical bills.
We have no medical insurance to cover medical.
As the weeks have gone by since I have started back to work
The ankle continues to have many issues
I will be seeking second opinion
With many prayers
I feel God is showing us
The direction to go.
God is faithful and I trust this is going to be paid in full;
and every need meet through Him
Thank you!
