Today I have been going through some old boxes. Which turned out to be a box filled with memories of my children. Time stands still for no one. Stop and smell the roses. Capture the moment and enjoy the present. Don't dwell in the past and worry about the future. This is the moment your in. Cherish it and those around. Don't forget to tell those you love them as you aren't promised tomorrow. The time of is NOW!
