Elf On The Shelf
Today Taylor finally got to go on a great big adventure with me down the scenic highway.
We had so much fun taking in all the beautiful waterfalls.
We met wonderful people and shared smiles and conversations.
Taylor found snow flurries and mention how much he is missing home because we have no snow this year so far.
He was feeling a bit homesick this afternoon.
He found little hiding places in all sorts of rocks and trees.
I think they may have been made for little elves like Taylor.
He was sad to see all the scarring from the fire.
Told him it would be okay it will all come back richer and prettier than before.
Then he was happy.
I think he enjoyed the snow flurries best and of course the beauty of the PNW.
It reminded him a little of home.
