Dance

Dance until you drop!

I love to dance! 

I always have.

I use to be known as the dancing bartender / waitress

I would dance through the day or I should say my shift.

I love the idea that I am dancing my way through life; this wonderful journey I am on.

I remember as a child I would dance to any music that was playing.

I have no formal lessons on dance.

I just move to the beat of the sound.

I was the girl that would dance all night long until the sun came up.

Then I would find another way to dance the day through.

My daughters would wake to me playing music;

As I was cleaning and dancing to the beat of the music.

Then they would dance with me through the day.

I have always said life is a dance.

Some of the dance has not always been joyful.

But it is what we make of it.

I love dancing in the rain.

Jumping in puddles and make my splash in life.

I want to dance in the moonlight,

Into the sunset of my life.

I want to sway to the tunes of the day.

Remembering each dance of my life.

This life I live is a dance of beauty.

But....

I can say the best dance I have is with the Lord.

I love to dance before Him and praise His holy name.

Once again I have had a day the Lord arranged and re-planned for me. It is funny how I plan my day and get up to head out to do my work, then He will stitch it up and re-arrange it to suit His wondrous needs. I'm so happy that I have a job that is flexible like that; so that He can re-arrange and design it to suit His very needs and mine as well. Thank you Lord. I did get a whole lot done though. It is amazing what I did get done even though I didn't get things done that I wanted too. Nor the job that I wanted to go to work at this morning. He is faithful and will fix that to meet both our needs as well. Praise God! That He knows our needs before we even ask.  When I finished this afternoon I was feeling strangely tried. Wasn't even able to keep my eyes open. I don't think tooth picks would have even helped. Fall asleep for an afternoon nap today. Love those. It was another wet and rainy day here in the Pacific North West. I'm ready for the sunshine! Mom called me today and left me a list of things she wants me to do for her when I'm there this weekend for Easter with my baby sister. Today was fourteen years ago my hubby said goodbye to his mom. It doesn't seem that long ago that we said goodbye. I know she smiles down upon us and that she is in the presence of the Lord. We miss you mom.

1. Flexibility
2. The tears of heaven that are watering our Spring blooms 
3. Afternoon naps
4. Sharing a slice of pie
5. My daughter Amber, making me laugh over a bikini she remembered I used to wear. Told me I was a Hott mom of three. Such laughter she gave me with smiles all day long. The memories she has

Dear Savior, help me to grow in your grace even when the tears are falling!

The smell of money the green colored cash! 

Yes! 

My word for today will be cash!

The one thing we all never seem to have quite enough of.

CASH!

Or maybe we are one who has more than enough cash.
Then we wonder if we are loved and liked for who we are
 Or for what we can provide through our cash flow.
The one thing that makes the world go round and round.

That many of use wonder if we will be able to stretch it to the end of the month.

Or maybe we are seen as the cash cow.

Or are we borrowing cash from Peter to pay Paul.
Or are hiding it from Uncle Sam?

Color of money

Allotment of cash flow

Saving for a rainy day

Hard work

Cash represents so much of each one of us.

It represents the work we put into each day.

It may even be what drives us to becoming who we are.

It purchases our daily needs for our families and our life's.

Cash is an endless flow of  what makes the world go round.

One cannot live without the wonderful green cash flow.

It cannot buy happiness but it surely can make life much easier.

It can bring comforts that make life much easier as we jounrey throguh this world.
That wonderful green tender that we strife to earn each day.
The cash that meets our daily needs.
Just what can cash do for you?

Blogging From A to Z Challenge ~ "B"

B

Ballroom dancing
A subject I know nothing about but total love to watch and enjoy!
That is what I am choosing this evening.
As I have always loved ballroom dancing.
Ever since I was young girl.
I don't know how to ballroom dance; but I sometimes think I should learn how.
I have talked many times about taking lessons.
I have even went as far as to check out a dance hall where they give lessons here in town.
But it never has went any further than that.
I thought it would be fun for hubby and I to take classes together.
He has no interest at all.
So I have never followed through.
 I so love to watch it.
It is amazingly elegant and beautiful.
The  beautiful gowns the good looking men.
The music, so moving.
It tells a beautiful story each dance.
You must be athletically fit.
It brings joy and happiness to the soul.
It brings inspiration
As it tells a story.
You get caught up in the romance and beauty
The fun and the drama of each one.
I cannot find any reason why one shouldn't enjoy ballroom dancing.
So for a gal who knows nothing at all on the subject except that I love it and enjoy watching it this is my "B" for the A to Z challenge.

Lent Season ~ Thankful List/Verse With Prayer: Day 41

For some reason I think I have my count wrong or there are just more than forty days of Lent this year. I should look this up. From Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday should be forty days. But for some reason my number count is goofy! Oh well! I will figure it out. I have been enjoying these post anyways.
So Gym and enjoying the sunshine today before the rain arrives again tomorrow. It is even a lovely evening. It wasn't the day I planned as once again God re-designed my day. I had some gym time. House cleaning. Walks in the sunshine. Banking. Just kind of a laid back kind of a day.




Thankful List Of Five

1. Sunshine to talk walks in / As well as taking my CK girl for a bit of a walk as well. What a joy and a smile to both our hearts and faces
2. Handing out two of my Mark Kay Look Books to some neighbors today
3. Having the bank teller ask me for my business card for hair care
4. Talking to all my daughters today on the phone
5. Coffee with neighbors this afternoon
