Just wondering do you have big plans to ring out the old and bring in the new?
Do you have plans of refreshing your blog doing anything different with it?
Looking back and reflecting do you see your blank page for 2013 more exciting?
So many thoughts as I think ahead and reflect back upon this year.
As I excitedly await the coming New Year!

I hope you join me on a journey living each day as if its your last!
Sharing life lessons of epic portions with tears and laughter

Adventures that take you to mountain tops and the far seas around the world
The loves of our lives and the loss and heart break
Each day a new day breathed with new freshness and excitement
The joy of the gifts that will be found and unwrapped
Each exhilarating moment given from heaven above
I have decided to share lots of gifts that I'm blessed with daily
Looking forward to each day with eyes of a runner ready to run her race to the fullest
Knowing there will be ups and downs
Lots of laughter and tearful moments
As we live in a world which is forever changing
But with each one its a million dollar moment that I will never be able to replace again
Looking forward to 2013 with new shiny eyes of a child like faith
With new freshness of new day breathed
As each one starts and close just as the Old rings out and the New rings in
I pray I look forward to each one with wide eye wonder
Reflect upon each one with His loving grace that He gave me one more day one more year

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

My Healing foot

Below is two fundraiser links to help with medical bills.
We have no medical insurance to cover medical.
As I have just started back to work there is still not much of an income.
I will not see a pay check until mid January.
I also am not working the jobs I once had as I am unable too.
I was also released from one of my jobs that paid a bulk of the bills.
Through much prayers and through encouragement of some friends they suggested I give these a try.
Though only two people have responded.
God has been faithful in other ways.
Medical bills are piling up.
Just the few that have arrived already are near $30,000 plus.
And still coming in.
God is faithful and I trust this is alp going to be paid in full;
and every need meet through Him
Thank you!

I couldn't be prouder of them all!

Hood River, Oregon
Yet another day trip that turned into an over night trip.
Went to spend the day with my sisters and do a bit of Christmas shopping
They had to help me a bit in the snow as I was slipping.
I had such fear of falling
Thank you Lord I didn't
So my youngest sister drove my car to the The Dalles, Oregon
Where I spent the night and traveled home the next day

Me
Feeling much better and ready to get on with my life
So many things to see and do
What should I do first.

Multnomah Falls, Oregon
A must stop and see no matter the weather
My favorite place to go
I just took my time coming home from my sisters
I was soaked to the very bone by the time arrived back home
What is normally a hour drive
I had turned into a three hour plus drive adventure home
As I took my time enjoying the views.

"Me"
First Day Back To Work At Hospital
I was so excited to start back to work
I had prayed so hard that I would have this job to come back too
Thank you Jesus!
It is tough and I have new challenges
But I'm doing it!

Legacy Mt. Hood Hospital
My view as I walk up to the hospital back after a long recovery
Nervous and praying I remember all the things I need too
So good to be able to walk

First Snow
It didn't last long
But it was so pretty to watch as it came down
The flakes where huge
Hubby had said they where the biggest he had ever seen
It was a peaceful morning view
Drinking coffee and snapping pictures
As a  flock of Canadian Geese flow over
That was amazing

The Ankle
The ankle after a long days worth of work
So worth it
But......
Oh how I need to prop the foot afterwards
The recovery continues

Christmas Come & Gone
Christmas was a simple quiet day
It seemed to take forever for me to get ready
For this special day
But when it arrived it was more amazing than I thought it would be
Hubby cooked and waited on me
As I rested the ankle and enjoyed the day
Thank you for blessing me Lord

Sunrise

One of the beautiful sunrises this past week as I left for work
It was so amazing
As this year comes to a close
I think of all the beauty the Lord has blessed me with over this past year

Been Gone A Spell- Hello Once Again

Hello Blogging Community!

It has been months since I have posted.
I chose not to blog after a bit into my recovery as I wasn't really sharing anything but recovering.
I really had nothing to share about.
It was just an on going saga of my ankle and I felt you all deserved to hear and read more about other things.
I am returning to my blog once again.
I love sharing and writing.
It is an inspiration to me to be a part of something so wonderful as the blogging world.
I have missed it and each one of you so very much.
Look forward to re-joining the wonderful world of blogging.
For those of you who are wondering how my recovery has went.
I am back on my feet working once again.
It is much different for me and many things have changed.
It is very difficult.
I have a long road to go to be back where I was once before.
But.. am looking forward to the future with a new normal.
I live in great pain must of the time.
My ankle after a days work looks like a football to me.
I will be sharing more on this as we travel once again into the blog world.
But praying for much more excitement and other stories to share.
Much has changed over the months.
Change is good and having to learn so much through this process.
Trusting the Lord in ways that I never thought and seeing the world in a new light.
As for the medical bills we must start paying on those.
Some we already have been paying on.
I will share more on that later as well.
So you see I now have much more to share and many stories and wonderful things to give back to the blogging community.
Thank you for hanging in there with me and for all the prayers and encouragement even while I wasn't here.
I know some of you do follow me on Face book.A wonderful added source and place to stay connected.
It is a wonderful place where I stay in touch with many close friends and family from near and afar.
You are always welcome to come join in with me there.
Many up dates daily and family laughter among friends as well.
