Resting After Some Exercise
Below is two fundraiser links to help through this four months of recovery and medical bills. As I carried half the bills through my work.
We have no medical insurance to cover medical.
We are in the process of applying for help.
Through much prayers and through encouragement of some friends they suggested I give these a try.
Medical bills are piling up.
Just the few that have arrived already are near $30,000.
And still coming in.
God is faithful and I trust this is alp going to be paid in full;
and every need meet through Him

Hanging on ever word
Like a broken hinge
Needing much repair
Each lethal word
A stabbing
In an open wound
In need of much repair

Three Word Wednesday~

Banter; noun: The playful and friendly exchange of teasing remarks; verb: Talk or exchange remarks in a good-humored teasing way.

Duty; noun: A moral or legal obligation; a responsibility; (often duties) a task or action that someone is required to perform; a payment due and enforced by law or custom, in particular.

Element; noun: A part or aspect of something abstract, esp. one that is essential or characteristic; (also chemical element )each of more than one hundred substances that cannot be chemically interconverted or broken down into simpler substances and are primary constituents of matter. Each element is distinguished by its atomic number, i.e., the number of protons in the nuclei of its atoms; • any of the four substances (earth, water, air, and fire) regarded as the fundamental constituents of the world in ancient and medieval philosophy; • one of these substances considered as a person's or animal's natural environment.

Your service of duty
Given freely
Never a thought of
What elements you would face
Each banter of play
Giving way to the freedoms of many
Freely given

~BETH~

Are you looking forward to Fall?

Greenday On Raindrops & Daisies

It is green day over at Raindrops and Daisies.
Time to join in on the fun once again.
Even with my weeks all meshed together.
It is always fun to jump on over and have some fun at Raindrops and Daisies on Green Friday.
With limited photos and green.
I am once again in search of something green.
I am having to get a bit creative for this hop.
I am now able to adventure a little away from the couch; not much but at least I'm not on total rest any longer.
So it will be fun to see what I come up with once again.

Me On First Outing
At Vista Point
Columbia Gorge Scenic Hwy

Multnomah Falls

The pool below the Falls
I use to swim  in that pool.
Though now that is shut off to the public for safety.
Boy how times change.

A little outing on Labor day with my neighbor Pat.
First big outing since the surgery on my ankle.
I was so excited!
And blessed beyond words.
What a beautiful day it was too.
Oh I so enjoyed being out in the sunshine and fresh air.
The day went by much too fast.
This beautiful place is about 15 minutes down the freeway from my home.
A bit of Paradise right in my own backyard.

Do you have a slice of Paradise near your home?

A Sister Consultant Made This Beautiful Flier

Saturday Centus~ Are You Ready

So this week's challenge is perfect for the opening week of so many football games.
Jenny is still making a little tough with the word count.
But it will be fun to see where I take this one.
Come join in on the fun!
Or go read some great writing.
I promise you wont be disappointed.
Rules below:

Jenny was inspired for this prompt by the fact that her husband is already watching Boise State play ball.

PROMPT:  "Are you ready for some football?"
Not to be confused with the prompt from week 75!  ha!
WORD COUNT -  Not to exceed 106
STYLE OF WRITING - Any
PICTURES - Any Additional

So lets get this party started!

"Are you ready for some football?"
Where your TV and living quarters becomes a stadium.
The kitchen the snack bar for the club house
Of yelling football fans
Small and large.
Dog is in training to bring the next beer.
You become a widow to the game.
The men folks become couch referees.
Each man becomes the pro
 The commentator for every game,
And every player that has ever played the game of football.
They have all the stats.
They become the official coach that knows what play should be played, who, and when.
They become the expert of every call.
Who needs to be benched and why.
Oh yes!
"Are you ready for some football?"

The time of year when men become someone you don't know.

~BETH~

I went over count by 20 words I think; if I counted right.

How do you feel about football season?
