December 2018 Photo Challenge~

Day 31 Celebration 

Well.....My idea of celebration today was staying at home in PJs. 

But my friend Cindy had other ideas. 

So up and dressed I am and ready to go.

What fun we had as we ate and drank out way through the last day of the year; along with some retail therapy. 

The changing of the calendars is always a plus for me. 

Means I have 365 new days ahead of me to celebrate. 

Then of course one most wash out the old to ring in the new. 

My celebration of saying goodbye and hello!

Reflection of 2018

It has been a year of change and growth for me.

A goodbye to my counseling that I was so grateful for. It came in a time in my life I truly needed it. The road was shifting and my time there was coming to a close. I had grown as person and found parts of me that had been lost for a long time. My tool box has grown as I have. I have the tools I need that will lead to better choices and a healthier me.

Goodbyes that where extremely tough and lack understanding. Painful as it has been and empty some days for their friendship I know that some come for a season and some for a lifetime. Though they are missed choices where made that I had no control over. I wish them well and may their lives be filled with what they are searching for. God bless them on their journey in life.

Other goodbyes until we meet again in glory. Tears rolled and empty space of where each one belongs. But knowing one day we all will celebrate in heavenly places. You are missed greatly!

Many wedding celebrations this year that I had the great honor and privilege of going to and celebrating their union of love. God bless you each one may this year be filled with many rich adventures for you all.

Time with family was in abundance this year. Truly was blessed with lots of time with them. Traveling to celebrate graduations as well as being able to help with health matters, along with "mom could you please come help." Yes! A trip with my mom and sisters for a week was amazing. Family traveling here and there spending time in various places for many events. Dad and JoAnn coming and spending time with us. What blessing. A year filled with my family a true gift. What a gift they are to me and the love we all have for one another. So thankful for each one and the time with them all that I have been gifted with. I love you so very much! 

Friends coming in to see me from afar. Being able to spend time with them and just enjoying their company and a few hiking trips and great food and drink. Shopping and meeting up with other friends. Blessed

Reconnecting with others that have been missing in my life for a long time. So glad to see you again.

Traveling about Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Northern California. So blessed to have had that time to be able to spend seeing family and friends and places of interest. Always a great time with those you love.

The many trails I hiked and the places I discovered and re-discovered this year on many of my adventures.

Summer Adventures many of them found in the great outdoors. 

My health as we continue to redefine that. Not sure what that looks like. But have been thankful for the health care I have had as we move forward.

Working for the County! What a boring fun job! I look forward to more adventures with them. 

Meeting new friends and finding new places to hang out that bring me joy.

The re discovering of me. The continued growth and adventures that I look for daily in my walk through this journey of life. 

I thank all of my many friends that are their near and far that have supported me through many trials good and bad. But always except me for who I am. 

Looking forward to moving towards the coming year as I say goodbye to 2018 and say hello to a new book of 365 days of new beginnings and adventures.

Blessing to each of you and thank you for enriching my life daily with your presence, smiles, and love that is wrapped in prayers of encouragement. The golden weave of beauty making this tapestry of life. Thank you with love. See you in 2019. ~ Beth

I was wandering around my very neglected yard wondering what I could take a photo of that was random. 

Found my very neglected birdbath. 

Seems I have plenty of yard work to do.
