Beautiful vintage cocoa cola machine.

Found this in an old building in downtown Portland while roaming around one afternoon.

Check out the price of a bottle.

And I am sure it was a bottle and not a can at this price.

Check out the date on the machine as well.

So.....

Sad to say I do remember these prices.

Oh dear!

I'm dating myself here.

Old formula as well.

Boy I remember getting Coke in a bottle many years ago as a child.

In fact I remember collecting the bottles and taking them in for the deposit.

We would walk along the street and collect the bottles as kids.

My how times have changed.

It seems I have fallen a bit behind once again.

I'm sure hoping to get back on track and stay on track.

That would also mean back to reading and catching up.

I still have about two more weeks before that will happen.

But will try and at least stay on top of the photo's.

So my catch up picture is rolling us through memories of the sixties.

It is incredible what you find on the city streets and what fun memories some will bring back.

While yet others just bring huge smiles.

Some make you wonder.

But always make you believe that there is more to come.

In such beautiful condition.

Wish they were mine!

But they are in an old Western Store in downtown Portland.

My husband would love to have one of these old stetson hat boxes for his stetson.

When downtown the other day walking around I found this very cool street sign.

I just had to take a photo of it.

The art deco on it is

Sometimes its just nice to know you have options.
