A fresh unknown future lays ahead
With brand new beginning's
And a resolute for a better tomorrow
As each new day closes
It melts one year away into another
It brings with it
New blank pages to fill
As one journeys through
A fresh new year
As we write our story
With fresh eyes
Of a brighter tomorrow
A new start and beginning
No residue of old
To carry from this year
Into another
As this one closes out
We roll into a
New Fresh year
With new resolute
With the end prize in mind
A new chapter to unfold
And write
A bright new tomorrow
Each new day brings
In this shiny new year
A celebration of a fresh look
Into this book of life
That I write new
Each new day and year
With much anticipation and resolute
Knowing the best is yet to come!
