Photo Challenge
Kite
This was a hard one as it is raining and not where anyone is flying a kite.
Went through some old photos found this one of the kites on the beach in May 2015.
Took tons of photos.
I believe it was the kite festival at Rockaway Beach.
But not 100% positive, but I think so.
