Today I had not planned on going to the gym. I got up and started getting ready for work. But as always the Lord seems to switch things up a bit for me. I still wasn't going to go in. But my wonderful accountability partner Rikki encouraged me to come on in. So off to change my clothes to head in. It was a sluggish start. I did 100 sit-ups with 40 pounds of weight; some arm curls with 15 pounds of weight. I think I did about 30 of them. Those where difficult to do. Then to the the nu-step for a half hour; tread mill half hour and then the bicycle for a half hour. So I would say not a bad work out. Thank you to Rikki for the encouragement to come in. Then today i have done several small walks around the apartment as well. Even CK joined in. I so love when she comes and enjoys the sunshine. It puts such a huge smile on my face. I am thinking about taking another little walk here in a few. It is a beautiful evening and I like taking walks after dinner. I may achieve that great looking shape in no time at all. At least I will be healthier because of the exercise if nothing else.
Do you like going on walks after dinner?

Hi Elizabeth, forst time visitor and great to meet you! I prefer to work out early. At the end of the day I have too much food in my stomach to work out.
Walking is always good. Was looking for a "B" - I just signed on to the A-Z challenge, nearly at the last minute, but I'm trying to visit every blog at least once.
I love walking anytime.
