I actually got to sleep in just a little bit today. That was a nice change. I think I really needed it too. Even CK didn't wake me to go out for her early morning business. I had some coffee and as I sat there I thought how I didn't want to go to the gym. This is surely not what I want to do today. The more I sat there I knew that I had to get up and get dressed whether it be for work or going to the gym then coming home and going to work. I still had to get motivated and get going. So up I got and off to the gym I went. I did 50 sit-ups with 50 pounds of weight and 50 sit-ups with 40 pounds of weight. I was feeling very sluggish and it never seemed to go away today either. Then I did about ten minutes on treadmill, 45 on the NU Step. At least I was there and I was moving and doing something. I keep telling myself I have to show up and focus on that rock hard bod that I want. So as the cartoon states I'm very glad I have to wonderful work out partners that are my work out fairy's that encourage me and up lift to push on. YEA! Then I walked over to the store today to pick up some meds. The after dinner I did a little walk as well. I seem to enjoy walking out doors the best.

Do you have a preferred work out plan or a certain thing that helps encourage you to work out or take walks?

Love the cartoon! Well done you on still getting on and going to the gym, even though it was the last thing you wanted to do. I'm afraid motivation isn't my strong point, so it's really good that you have your work out friends to will you on.
