Made it through the Easter weekend with all of the yummy food and wonderful little extra sweets. Then today I gave some to the neighbors to get rid of some of the extra sweets so I wouldn't be tempted.
I had to take my dear sweet little girl CK to the vets this morning. That in of itself was a workout. As she has to be lifted in and out of the car and even sometimes carried. She is 60 pounds of solid chocolate lab. So as soon as I got her settled back at home from her visit; I changed my clothes and headed out the door to the gym. I really had a lazy work out today. I worked out on the bike for about 30 plus minutes. Then I went and did a hundred sit ups with 50 pounds of weight. (The picture is of a machine that looks very similar to the one I work on.) These machines seem so mid-evil.
I also took a few mini walks through the complex today to get some extra exercise in. The sun was peeping in and out and wanted to get some of that vitamin "D". I am noticing a difference in the way my clothes are fitting so this is good!
