Accountability ~ With Gym and Workouts

Original page:
Well I did mange to get up and go to the gym today! Yea! I wanted to be here as I knew going to Sacramento, chances of me getting the kind of exercise that I have been doing here wont happen there. Though I do know I will be chasing ten grandchildren and running all over the place. Which is a exercise in of it self. I think that is how I stayed so thin when i was younger. I chased after my three girls, then ran all over the place doing things. Going out dancing in the evening didn't hurt at all either. I do miss that! I'm still not packed but wanted to get on here and get my blogs per-scheduled up and get this one wrote and up as well. I love trying to complete a challenge. Not so easy when you are traveling with no access to a computer.
So today I did 150 sit up with 40 pounds of weight.
Arm curls 3 sets of 5 with 20 pounds of weight
20 minutes on the bicycle
35 minutes on the NuStep
Then this horrible little stair master; I only lasted two minutes on it.
OH Well!
Not fun at all!
Dear hubby doesn't this for an hour or more when he goes.
The girls today did it I believe for 30 minutes
YIKES!
But I mange to get a good work out in before I leave.
YEA!

Wow amazing! My gym tales are a bit on the well free side, but giving side....I get my gym time done at the playground outside and some inside with my grand-delights!

Hi Bethe,
Wow you are dedicated to your exercise...the only way to succeed! Wasn't it so much easier when all we had to do was chase our children and do our housekeeping! And yes dancing sure did help...still does!
Have a great trip!
Hugs~

I've been on a Stairmaster exactly once. Never again. Hated it. Love the treadmill, tolerate the elliptical.
