Accountability ~ With Gym and Workouts

Well..........I did make it back to the gym today. I bet you where wondering if I was going to get back there are not. I sure thought that was a strong possibility. So when I got up this morning; I had my cup of java two of them. Then got dressed for the gym. Hubby had the morning off so he went with me. Or.... should I say he drove us there and was like, "You can do this!" And I did. I manged to add a few more things to the routine this morning and actually a bit more time. I did about five minutes on the row machine. I walked for about 20 minutes on the tread mill. Another set of 100 sit ups with 40 lbs of weight. Then I asked dear hubby how much longer. Well... he said about ten. Well, I can say I did 25 minutes on the bicycle. Can you believe on some of this new fancy equipment they have TVs and you can bring headsets and listen and watch TV well you work out. Hmmm.... I think I can do that. I might even be able to do a bit longer with a distraction. One thing I noticed after I'm done at the gym is that I'm hungry. Not sure that is a good thing. But as long as I'm getting into some kind of shape that is a good thing. So I have another day down as I work towards my goal of losing some weight tighten and firming up. As well as just getting healthy. I even had a really healthy meal this evening for dinner. We had baked chicken, zucchini, and bake potato. So watch out the new and improved Beth is coming out!
