DAY 22
Thankful
I am so thankful for warmth of a rain jacket and the umbrella that keeps my head dry when I don't have a rain hood! Especially darting from one place to the other from the car into work and home.
Unusual Gifts
The cut out of this was from a bag I was getting ready to toss.
Then I hesitated as I read what was stamped on the bag.
I was at a Mary Kay event back in mid October.
The theme was from the "Wizard Of Oz" and the heart.
I guess I didn't need what it said then.
But today it was just what I needed to see and read.
I started to crumble up and toss.
Then thought no...
Cut out and keep this as a reminder of the love that others give daily to me.
In some of the tiniest forms.
Thank you Lord!
So as I was getting ready to put it into my cupboard at work...
I thought lets take a photo and share this insight
from one of my childhood favorites,
"The Wizard Of Oz"!
Empty Board
As I left work and stuck my wonderful little Wizard Of Oz saying in my cupboard I looked at my lonely clip board for the following week.
I thought Lord you know my need you know this is my work.
I thought Lord it is empty!
I need my little schedule sheet to fill up with appointments.
I need my little schedule sheet to fill up with appointments.
I want to be a blessing and I love having the ladies and gentleman come by.
The love they share and the love I have for doing their hair.
It also fills my little wallet with money to meet some very basic needs.
So if you dare think about it could you please send a pray up to the Lord.
Ask Him to fill my empty board with scheduled appointments to bless them as they bless me.
Thank you!
Do you work for yourself and depend on the Lord to fill your books daily with provision?

A beautiful heartfelt post, Beth! God knows your needs and I'm believing that calendar is going to fill up with appointments and blessings. You are doing your part, God will do his! :-)
I also had to smile at being thankful for your umbrella! I have two, and more often than not, if it starts raining they are in the car and at work, or at home if I'm at the office! So yes, I am thankful when one is close at hand. That drowned rat look is none to flattering and it's not very comfortable either! :-)
