Wall Art

February 1, 2014
Poulsbo, Washington
Love the wall art on this building!
This town is filled with unique stores and building throughout it!
Sadly I didn't get to go inside this building.
I'm sure I could have.
But was getting tried and I wanted to get her home.
There is always another visit and another time.
Mom is the most important and she was resting on a nearby bench when i went into another local store.
I will have to check out the chocolates in this one the next time I go there.

I have always loved old city clocks as well.
They always seem to have them in the small quaint old towns.
I try to get pictures of them when I see them.
I love how this one turned out with the building and art mural on the building behind it.
There was a musician playing and singing right next to it on the walk way.
He was very talented.

Do you have favorite things you like to see and get pictures of in old small towns you visit and see?

Day 5~ Something You Smelled

I love this one as it is the flowers my mom gave me on her birthday when I arrived to spend the weekend with her. Not sure what kind they are but so big and beautiful!
I love the arrangement and the smell of the eucalyptus in the arrangement.
As some know I love flowers very much.
That mom gave me flowers on her birthday was such a HUGE surprise!!

February Joy Dare

Day 5
A gift stitched, hammered, woven

My beautiful quilted blanket that keeps me warm that is on my bed that is hand stitched. I love it! I bought it over a year ago at my moms church at a Christmas party. It is just beautiful! I had thought it would make a nice gift....the gift I guess was for me.

Hammered would be how I have started to hammer out the paper work that I must do to get my taxes ready. Thankful for my business and the work of my hands that I can hammer out the tax papers. It may take me awhile thought. I will get it done!!
Woven is how each person in my live has come and brought joy and light into my life. Each hand picked and woven with beauty that only the God Lord could bless me with. Thankful for each one and how each one enrich my life daily. Thank you everyone for being a part of my life. Truly I am blessed!!!
