Write A Letter Wednesday~ Thank You

As always we have such a wonderful opportunity to write a letter and express ourselves in way that is going to the way side; good old fashion letter writing and thank you notes!
I may even send this one to the company I was so impressed with the young woman who waited on us. Thank you Josie for always giving us a chance to put in a letter the words to express to others that may not have been otherwise. I'm sure it wouldn't get done without some awesome promptings. If you haven't  visited o checked out Josie over at "Write A Letter Wednesday" Please do. You will get to link up with other great letters and see what others are writing.

To Whom It May Concern:
Strings Management Team:
I was in one of your restaurants recently; with two of my girlfriends while traveling. We stopped in for an early dinner, for a girls night out.
I just want to let you know how impressed I was with the exceptional service I received on this occasion at your location in Roseville, California at Rockyridge and Douglas Blvd.
My server was very knowledgeable of her menu; as well as her wine list.
She sat as with a smile. She continued to come with a smile and not once did she not have one. She was bubbly and full of fun! Pleasant and just a joy to have as a server.
She asked questions and remembered important details as if she had known us for years. How very rare that is in days of lack of customer service.
It was as though she wanted us to have as much fun there as she was in serving us. Just as though we were an old friend she hadn't seen in years.
She never let our drinks run low. She made sure we had plenty of salad and bread. Asking if we needed more.
WOW!
Very well trained!
The food was extremely good as well. Good portions and great presentation.
I would recommend this restaurant to my friends in family.
Very impressed over all exceptional!
Thank you
Beth

I'm glad that you had a good restaurant experience. It's becoming disturbingly rare these days. :)

Thats great! It is rare to come across these days, its quite sad really. I wrote a letter this week regarding the other side of customer service and what I have had to go through recently. Great letter, enjoy the rest of your week.

Thank you for your kind words about Write A Letter Wednesday, Beth! You should be writing the promo materials for this restaurant because you certainly made me want to dine there! Nothing is nicer than encountering excellent, cheerful customer service in today's world, and it sounds like your waitress really had a caring heart for her job. Isn't it amazing how one person can make such an experience pleasant or painful, just by their attitude and willingness to serve. Hmmm, serving others... there's a message in that, isn't there? :-) I hope you do send this letter, and I hope the restaurant managment commends your waitress as well! Obviously the management is supportive, as that makes for happy workers! Thank you for a lovely, uplifting contribution to Write A Letter Wednesday! I appreciate you!
