Can you even imagine making calls like that today?
Puts a smile on my face.
Such simpler times.I wonder what folks think about all these new high tech phones.
Not to mention you can carry them with you now.
I think it would be lovely not to worry carrying my phone with me or about turning my phone off.
Something to be said for a slower simpler life.

We had an old phone exactly like that in our hallway, but then I got a bit fed up with it and put it up in the loft! All these retro things are very much 'in' at the moment. We use both mobiles and the land line.

what a lovely post ;) my mom n dad had one of these old phones they gave to my brother last Christmas for their log cabin home...I think it would have been awesome to use this phone. I love how it looks like a face :-) I use both land and cell. Thank you for the wonderful birthday wish. I can't wait to share that cake with you. I am working on linky trying to figure it out.
