Home Made Guacamole For Super Bowl Sunday!

Hubby got up early this morning to make his homemade guacamole dip. He usually makes salsa to go along with it. But this year he only made the guacamole. Which I will miss the salsa but he is always making it about every few weeks so I know I will have some soon again.
Super Bowl he always seems to make something to take. He loves to cook and I'm grateful he does. As it gets me out of the kitchen allot. His mother was a wonderful cook and she taught him so much about cooking. He also learned how to cook under a top Continental Chef when he was a kid working in a five star restaurant. I really lucked out in the kitchen and food department with this guy! Cooking isn't one of my favorite things to do. Though I must say I love to eat though! So this marriage was made in heaven for me.
I was hoping to go to my sisters Super Bowl Party this year... But that wasn't to be. He had already made plans at his usual haunt. But...maybe next year we can plan that trip. I know we would have had so much fun! But there would have been allot of travel time on the road. Which I don't like on days like this. So all works out the way it should.
We had fun this morning making the Guacamole. He chopping, cutting, slicing, dicing and mixing. Well I took pictures for my blog on his guacamole dip. He said he didn't mind as long as I didn't give his secrets away. So I took lots and lots of pictures. Then his question was BLOG!?! He doesn't get on the Internet much only email. He used to work on the net all the time and he now just likes his R&R and big screen TV. Which is fine for me. I enjoy goofing around and learning things and working on the net.
So the next view is all the photos I took. Well..... maybe not all but some of them anyways.

Happy Party Bowl!

My bowl!

So do you have a favorite Siper Bowl Party food you prepare?

That sure is a lot of guacamole dip!! Looks delicious though. I'm afraid we don't have the superbowl here in England (well, they did show it on TV live) - I have written a post about it for tomorrow! (Your guacamole dip could well get a mention!!).
