A-Z Blogging Challenge~ R

"R" Is:

Ransom

Ransom is the price my Father paid for me
He sent His only son
That I might have life and and life more abundantly
The ransom was the cost of His son's shed blood on Calvary.
For the love He had for me.

Ransom
The price of redemption
Paid at the cross
Of Calvary
Accused of crimes
He never made
Paid the price of all man kind
Naked and striped of all dignity
So that man could be redeemed
From this fallen world
Of sin and pain
Made sin
So that I might
Know Him
And have life more abundantly
The ransom paid in full
The cost
His only son
So I might have life eternity

Our family traditions have long since gone to the way side, but when my Grandmother was alive we did all the traditional things, church, dinner... the whole day giving thanks and family events... sure miss those days !
