Day 23
Woke up early today to go back to the dentist.
It was the re-check after the oral surgery last week.

I must share we must always go with that first gut feeling and small voice.
I didn't do that this morning and now I must go back to the dentist again.
I wont be able to wear the flipper tooth until he re-sets the flipper tooth; because of the gum surgery.
I thought about taking it and said; Why?
Now I know why!
So I was hoping to get back in today.
That isn't happening.
Then I thought maybe before Thanksgiving.
Nope!
Then he could do it the weekend I'm going out of town.
So that wont work.
So I must go another three weeks before the adjustment and I can wear the flipper tooth.
Maybe God thinks this is best.
I'm always pushing on it anyways.
So this way there wont be any gum damage or anything like that.
So my vanity is truly being tested here.
Will I smile?
Probably!
But not sure I will show my teeth.
I did get some more material for three more blanket's for the oldest daughters children.
Whoooooo!
I spent more than I thought I would.
Still cheaper than buying gifts.
YIKES!
So sad!
So NOW I have my work cut out for me.

I received some new couches today from my girlfriend.
What a real blessing they are too.
My other couches where thread barren with the foam starting to show.
These look as though no one had ever sat on them.
Then off to a concert this evening with two of my neighbor's.
The group was on the show "Sing Off"; and their name is "Committed".
Extremely talented group of kids.
I really enjoyed them and the evening.
My understanding about this group is that they didn't give in to any of the Hollywood things and stayed totally committed to their morals and beliefs.
I want to get one of there CD's I enjoyed them so much.
Was even thinking my oldest grandson would like them as well.
So tonight my girlfriends and I official started the Holiday season off with the Thanksgiving concert.
It was a good day all in all!

I'm thankful for neighbor's that bless me with tickets to a concert and wonderful fellowship.
I extremely thankful for the new couches that I received today from my girlfriend.
That the Lord see my needs and without even asking He provides the perfect blessing that will more than meet my expectations.

How lovely to have those lovely couches! Bit of a nuisance about your dentistry. I'm sure you will still keep smiling, but obviously don't show your teeth! Hee Hee!!
