Day 30
Funny!
On my day off I cannot sleep and wake up as if its time to get up and get going for work!
Or...
Maybe its because I've had a few days already and I'm ready to get back to the grind of working.
Today I pretty much stayed off my foot so I could rest that ankle.
I kept it propped most of the day.
CK and I did take a very small walk.
I think we both are getting that cabin fever of being shut in.
Late Fall and Winter seem to do that to me.
I worked on my Christmas project with the blankets.
I got another one finished.
I have one more here to complete.
Then I need to go purchase some more material to do some more of them.
I need to make about ten more I think is what I figured out.
OH Lord!
Give me the time to make them and to have the fiances for them.

I watched some great Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel today.
Something so magical about those movies.
I can watch them over and over again.
The fact that they are family friendly is even better yet.
I closed the day with a long hot soak in empson salt and lavender.
Totally relaxed!
The only thing missing was the soft candle light and music playing;
With a wonderful cup of earl gray hot tea!
I still might have the hot tea.

Long weekend confusing me totally!
Day 26
For being able to prop my foot up and rest today.
For empson salt and hot soaks.
Wholesome movies that have something magical and loving about them;
With a great message of love;
The Christmas spirit that lights the world with His free gift of love.
Do you like to take long soaks and forget all that is going on around you?

Hi Bethe. Hope your ankle is getting a little better and not causing you too much pain. I'm glad that you have had a couple of days off before you go back to the grindstone again! Yet another blanket finished. They must give you such a sense of achievement. Hope also that CK is now feeling much better again. Take care.
