Five Minute Friday ~ With Gypsy Mama

This is from the Gypsy Mama. It is a fun linky I have found to link up with on Fridays. A great writing skill builder. Come join in the fun. I have copied her information how this linky works.
She evens gives something to write about.

For only five short, bold, beautiful minutes. Unscripted and unedited. We just write without worrying if it’s just right or not.
Won’t you join us?
    1. Write for 5 minutes flat – no editing, no over thinking, no backtracking. 2. Link back here and invite others to join in. 3. Most importantly: leave a comment for the person who linked up before you – encouraging them in their writing!
OK, are you ready? Give me your best five minutes on:

Grow…

As I sit and ponder about writing about the word grow many thoughts swirl around in my head.
So many things to write about.
What can I choose.

I think about when I found out I was expecting my first child so many years ago.
That little person growing inside of me.
What a wonder.
I had no idea!
Then the birth!
WOW!
Then we watch them grow from infant to toddler.
Toddler to a small child spreading their wings.
Rushing into school.
Soon they are talking about junior high and high school.
They keep growing and becoming the person that they are created to be.
Soon they are adults.
Growing all to fast.
Now my daughters are moms.
They now watch their precious children grow.
So much growing!
Everything grows and matures.
If I could only have kept them little bit longer.
Enjoyed each stage of their growing just a bit more.
If,,,,,
Only I could capture all their growing one more time.
They grew just to fast.

Do you find it hard to start and stop by a clock on your writing? And do you want to go back and correct?

Beautiful! Love the way you approached "grow." Even when I am gone, those from me will keep on growing with each generation. Makes me smile.
