This beautiful flower box was my neighbor's across the way.
She had to take it away from the garden as it was considered community area.
More rules and no beauty!
What is the purpose?
I ask.
So all the pretty is still slowly disappearing.
Still hoping that will change.
So glad I got a snap of these lovely flowers.

How sad. When will people finally realize that more rules and more regulations are not always the answer...
I agree with Amanda - it's so sad that they don't let people put out pretty flowers like this. Surely they help to brighten everyone's day? I just don't understand officialdom sometimes! There seems to be no rhyme or reason for some of the decisions that they make :(
