365 Days Of Pictures ~Day 36

My sister recently this past year moved back into the area. I haven't lived near my sisters since I was a small child. They have lived in the Midwest for a long time. So when they moved back out here to the Pacific North West I was in seventh heaven.
I have wanted to be near them and do things with them. Like sister do.
Going shopping having lunch or just being there and sharing the quiet unsaid words of love.
So as you can only imagine I was over the top when they moved about an hour from my home.
I go and spend the weekends with them whenever I can.
Or when they come up here I try and make sure I have at least fifteen minutes for them even if it is just a cup of "Joe".
This was one of the presents they presented me with shortly after they moved back here.
It is hang with pride in a special location of the house. i see it everyday and am reminded of the love we have for one another and how truly blessed we are to have one another in each others lives.
I have been blessed with two awesome sisters.
I'm sure they found this sampler at one of their outings together. They love to go to estate sales and antique shopping as well.
I just love it!

NIV
Mark 3-34-35

Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said,
"Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother."

Do you live near your siblings?

Wonderful sampler, and it must mean such a lot to you. You are so blessed to have your sisters. I am an only child, and I am very envious!

I understand where you are coming from about your sisters. I have two. One I see every other Saturday. We call it our sister quality time. My other lives in Mississippi, and I go see them at least three for four times a year. We talk several times a week. I hear so much about people not seeing their families in years. I just cannot do that to any of mine. Glad you are getting to spend more time with yours.

Beth How great to have your sister move closer to you--always nice to have family nearby. I'm an "only" child. I didn't mind it so much while I was growing up, but it would be nice to have someone now. I don't have much of an extended family either. Well, have fun visiting and "hanging out" with your sister. Have a great weekend. Mickie ")
