Poem~Lightening!

Lightening
Striking in the sky,
brightly lighting the night
Loudly bombing across the sky,
Thunder
Rolling in the midnight darkness hour,
Watching the strikes roll on by,
Action packed,
Painted sky.

~Beth~

Does lightening scare you?

Much better Beth...
Not sure if you mean lightning, as a strike, or lightening as to lighten... One has an extra syllable. You may want to re check the count on a couple of the lines, but you are really starting to get the hang of it !! Keep it up !

Your words make me want to see the lightning storms we are expecting... Well done !

Great attempt Beth. As JL says, your syllable count drifts sometimes but the power and impact are definitely there. Well done.

LIghtning doesn't scare me- it reminds me that I am NOT in charge! Thanks for your nice comments on my photo blog- and yes that cabin is just a one room cabin. Have a great Sunday!
